By accessing and using the LogHub digital platform, B2B partners in the industrial agri-food sector accept the terms and conditions set out below. These rules define the legal framework for supply chain auditing, inventory management, and distribution route optimization.
LogHub provides digital tools for advanced supply chain coordination, including inventory control, raw material traceability, and national distribution route optimization. Services are intended exclusively for registered commercial partners who own a network of warehouses or their own transport fleets.
Each partner is obliged to provide accurate and complete data regarding stocks, routes, and transport documents. LogHub guarantees data security and the confidentiality of shared information, in accordance with the privacy policy. Partners are not entitled to redistribute or use aggregated data for competitive purposes.
LogHub assumes no liability for operational losses caused by delivery delays, routing errors, or demand fluctuations, when these result from incorrect data provided by the partner or from force majeure. The platform is provided "as is," and updates to optimization algorithms may change recommendations without prior notice.
Any partner may request termination of access to the platform by written notice, with a 30-day notice period. LogHub reserves the right to suspend or revoke access in the event of repeated breaches of the terms, including the provision of false data or abusive use of audit functions.
LogHub may periodically update these terms, notifying partners at least 15 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the update constitutes acceptance of the new conditions. For legal inquiries, contact us at Splaiul Unirii no. 7, bl. 5, sc.
